1. About FUNDEHI

Fundación para el Desarrollo Humano Integral – FUNDEHI, NIT 900.112.753-3, is a non-profit organization domiciled in Soacha, Cundinamarca.

2. Donations

• Donations are voluntary and irrevocable once approved by the payment gateway.
• Payments are processed through Wompi. FUNDEHI neither sees nor stores your card or bank account details.
• Upon request, FUNDEHI will issue the corresponding donation certificate with the information provided.
• If you notice an unrecognized charge, please contact us so we can review it.

3. Solidarity shop

• Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.
• Shipping cost and delivery times are arranged with the customer based on their location.
• As these are perishable food products, exchanges and returns are accepted only for quality defects reported within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
• Proceeds from the shop go toward funding the foundation's social programs.

4. Right of withdrawal and payment reversal

Where applicable, consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal and request a payment reversal in accordance with articles 47 and 51 of Law 1480 of 2011.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logos and other content on this site belong to FUNDEHI or are used with permission. Reproduction for commercial purposes without prior permission is not allowed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
