Personal Data Processing Policy

The Fundación para el Desarrollo Humano Integral – FUNDEHI, identified with NIT 900.112.753-3 and domiciled in Soacha, Cundinamarca, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015), adopts this Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. Data controller
FUNDEHI is the controller of the personal data it collects through this website, its forms, the solidarity shop, donations and its in-person activities. For any inquiry, you may write to the contact email published on this site.
2. Data we collect
- Identification details: name, document type and number.
- Contact details: email, phone number, address.
- Donation and purchase information: amount, date, reference and payment status. FUNDEHI does not store card data: payment is processed directly on the Wompi platform.
- Information you voluntarily share with us in contact or volunteer forms.
3. Purposes
- Manage donations and issue donation certificates.
- Process and deliver solidarity shop orders.
- Respond to requests, questions and messages.
- Manage volunteer programs and partnerships.
- Send information about programs, activities and accountability, when you authorize it.
- Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Rights of the data subject
As the data subject, you have the right to know, update, correct and delete your data; to request proof of your authorization; to be informed of how your data is used; to file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; and to revoke your authorization when legal principles, rights and guarantees are not respected.
5. Data of children and adolescents
Data of minors is processed with respect for their best interests and fundamental rights, with the authorization of their legal representative. The photographs of children published on this site have the corresponding authorization.
6. Procedure for inquiries and complaints
Inquiries will be answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days and complaints within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, counted from the day after they are received, in accordance with articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
7. Security
FUNDEHI adopts reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized consultation, use or access.
8. Effective date
This policy is effective as of its publication. Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations.
