Corazones de Cazucá is a FUNDEHI productive initiative dedicated to making cookies and building productive skills in the community.
We currently have 13 women on formal payroll, all with the full benefits required by law. Our model includes a shift system that makes it easier for our team members to meet their work responsibilities while also caring for their families.
We grow and strengthen our production
In recent years we have invested in upgrading our facilities, acquiring machinery and training our team. Today we have a production capacity of 400,000 cookies per month.
More than a job
The project seeks to strengthen the skills of the women involved and the stability of their families. FUNDEHI has also secured humanitarian aid for our team members and their families, such as food packages.
A project that drives other projects
The income generated by this initiative helps fund other FUNDEHI social processes, allowing different programs to keep benefiting the community.
We create jobs. We produce opportunities. We strengthen community.
